Friday youth gym
Join Coin Street's youth gym, every Friday at The Colombo Centre. Get fit, make friends, and have fun!
Youth gym is for young people aged 14-18 years who live in Southwark and Lambeth. Participants can get advice about fitness, exercise and using the gym equipment effectively. The sessions are led by a qualified gym instructor, and supported by Coin Street's youth and community team.
