Mental health support
What is mental wellbeing?
Mental wellbeing affects our ability to cope with everyday stress. It is our mental state – our thoughts and feelings, how well we deal with life’s ups and downs. Mental well-being affects how we manage daily life, like work and relationships.
Your mental wellbeing can have a considerable effect on your mental health. You are more likely to develop mental health problems if you experience low mental wellbeing over a long period of time. Look after your mental wellbeing, so it does not develop into something more serious.
