Free Employment Training and Support

The Spear programme supports individuals with the confidence, skills and mind-set to succeed in employment. You will have access to interview and training practices plus CV and cover letter support.

To be eligible you must be:

• Aged  between 16 to 24 years old
• Not in education or work
• Available for weekday afternoons for 4 to 6 weeks
